Eligibility
30-day in-home trial: Request authorization within 30 days after delivery. The sauna must be clean, complete, safely disassembled, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for change-of-mind return freight. No restocking deduction is proposed when the complete unit is received in resalable condition. Verified shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a covered defect is handled at Soluneya expense.
Contact [email protected] with the order number, reason, photographs, and packaging condition. We may request troubleshooting or inspection information for a damage or defect claim.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the authorized return is received and inspected. Banks may take additional time to post the credit. Original expedited, special handling, installation, storage, redelivery, and other completed service charges are not refundable unless the service failure was ours.
Damage, incorrect items, and defects
When we verify shipping damage, an incorrect item, a missing item, or a covered defect, we may provide parts, repair, replacement, return routing, or a refund as appropriate. We cover authorized return freight for a verified qualifying claim.
Cancellations
Send cancellation requests to [email protected]. A request is not effective until confirmed in writing. Supplier, production, configuration, freight, storage, or service costs that have already become nonrefundable will be disclosed before any deduction.
