Where we deliver
The planned retail price includes standard curbside freight to accessible addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations, remote-area surcharges, ferry service, storage, redelivery, white-glove placement, assembly, installation, utility work, permits, and site preparation are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Timing
The existing Saunella fulfillment plan provides for a few business days of processing followed by an estimated 1 to 3 weeks in freight transit. The carrier schedules a curbside delivery appointment.
Delivery estimates begin only after the exact configuration, destination, and supplier availability are confirmed. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will send tracking or freight appointment information when available.
Curbside delivery
The carrier will contact the customer to schedule delivery. An adult age 18 or older must be present. Standard service ends at the curb or first dry accessible point. The customer is responsible for access, unloading conditions, movement into place, assembly, installation, and utility connections unless a different service is listed on the order.
Damage and shortages
Inspect the packaging before signing. Note visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt, take photographs, keep all packaging, and email [email protected] within 48 hours. Concealed damage should also be reported within 48 hours of discovery. Prompt reporting protects the freight claim, but does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Returns
30-day in-home trial: Request authorization within 30 days after delivery. The sauna must be clean, complete, safely disassembled, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for change-of-mind return freight. No restocking deduction is proposed when the complete unit is received in resalable condition. Verified shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a covered defect is handled at Soluneya expense.
Every return requires written authorization from [email protected]. Do not send freight without routing instructions. Unauthorized or collect shipments may be refused.
